This script generates the Faculty Activities Spreadsheet based on the BBE Faculty File, the Courses File and
the previous Faculty Activities File, if it's provided.
BBE Faculty File: This file contains information about the faculty that must be included in the
faculty activities file. It must have the columns: "Last Name", "First Name", and "Tenure date".
Courses File: This file must be a spreadsheet with information from the courses to be included in the
faculty activities file. It must have the columns: "TERM_NAME", "START_DATE", "OFFERING_NAME", "OFFERING_TITLE",
"SECTION", "INSTRUCTOR", and "EMAIL".
Previous Faculty Activities File: This is an optional file. If uploaded, the activities from the courses
will be added to the activities already present in this file in the new spreadsheet. It must contain the columns:
"Name", "Activity", "Role", "AY", "Level", "Type", and "Size". The first column must be the index column, starting
from zero at the first entry. New columns can also be present, and will be included in the new spreadsheet. Entries
without values for the new columns will have a '-' as their value
for them.
Include Faculty PI entry: Keep this box checked to include an entry with PI Role for every faculty in
the BBE Faculty file.
